Supplementary Materials for "A Feasibility-Driven Screening Model for Capacity Adjustment under Data Readiness and Governance Constraints"

This record provides the supplementary materials for the manuscript “A Feasibility-Driven Screening Model for Capacity Adjustment under Data Readiness and Governance Constraints.” The package supports the computational experiment, feasibility-screening analysis, sensitivity analyses, and downstream optimization benchmark reported in the paper. The archive includes the tagged FlexiFlow informational entity catalog, metric-tagging file, configuration-to-entity requirement matrices, scenario assignments, readiness-threshold profiles, configuration lists, screening scripts, screening outputs, figure data, solver model, benchmark instance, pipeline configurations, raw solver logs, decoded solver outputs, computational environment records, and benchmark result tables. The screening component evaluates candidate capacity-adjustment configurations under four information environments and classifies them as feasible, conditionally feasible, information-infeasible, or not represented. The benchmark component implements a dual-resource flexible job-shop scheduling experiment using Google OR-Tools CP-SAT and compares unscreened, screened, and strict-screened optimization pipelines. The materials are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and auditability of the numerical results reported in the manuscript. The package should be read together with the manuscript, especially Sections 3–5 and Appendix A.
