Agridatavalue Stones and Pome Fruit Trees Phenology, Oriental fruit moth and Anarsia lineatella

This dataset consolidates monitoring data from Ref Fara control plots for stone fruit (stone fruits: peaches, apricots, cherries, plums; scientifically: drupes) and pome fruit (pome fruits: apples, pears, quinces) in Aragón, Spain. It integrates plot‑level phenology observations with pest monitoring for Anarsia lineatella (peach twig borer) and Oriental fruit fly (Bactrocera dorsalis), and links these records to meteorological data from the SIAR (Agricultural Information System of Irrigation) and AEMET (Spanish State Meteorological Agency) station networks. An additional spatial file provides the cultivation zones to enable geospatial analyses. The dataset is stored in PKL format, which allows saving processed datasets in a serialized form and loading them efficiently for model training. This approach ensures that data preprocessing steps do not need to be repeated, reducing computational overhead and facilitating reproducible workflows.
