Two reconstructions scenarii are proposed: (i) using a knonw Gruneinsen parameter (G) to estimate water and colagen concentrations (ii) estimating Gruneisen parameter, water and colagen concentration ## Requirements: All the code is implemented using matlab, the Curve Fitting Toolbox is required An external Library MC matlab included in the dataset is needed. https://github.com/ankrh/MCmatlab (doi:10.1117/1.JBO.23.12.121622) Some files are written in c, using a "mex" compilation to be used from matlab. Compilation instructions are in the file: 2-SimulationsAndReconstructions/mex_compilation_intructions.txt # DATA & FILE OVERVIEW Two repository are in the dataset: 1-ReadInputs It illustrates how to read the porosity map and how to create synthetics measurements 2-SimulationsAndReconstructions It illustrates the full process from synthetic measurements creation to retrieve chromophores concentration using the inversion algorithm.
