收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data and R code associated with the manuscript: Bautista-Giraldo, M. A., Armbrecht, I., & Achury, R. Ant diversity increased but communities became homogenized after 27 years in a fragmented tropical dry forest landscape. The repository includes: Files Database_final.csvRaw ant occurrence and abundance data collected during the 2021–2022 resurvey of seven tropical dry forest fragments and their surrounding agricultural matrices in the Cauca River Valley, Colombia. Database_temporal.csvCombined dataset used for temporal comparisons between the original survey (1994–1995) and the recent survey (2021–2022). diversity_wide_site.csvProcessed dataset containing diversity metrics and site-level summaries used in statistical analyses and figure generation. Hormigas_27_years.RR script used to process data, calculate diversity metrics, perform statistical analyses, and generate figures presented in the manuscript. All files are provided to facilitate reproducibility and future studies of biodiversity change in tropical dry forests.
