GC-MS datasets of different plants extracts

This dataset contains the raw GC–MS chromatographic and mass spectral data generated during the analysis of different plants extracts. Processed datasets used to identify and compare metabolites are also included. These data support the results and conclusions presented in the associated manuscript 'Integrated Biocontrol of Watermelon Mosaic Virus in Squash Using Artemisia Extract and Bacillus mycoides'.
