This dataset relates to the manuscript “Unravelling drivers of short-term nitrogen dynamics in coastal waters: Interplay of biological uptake, river inputs, and wind-induced resuspension”, to be published in Biogeochemistry. It contains sensor‑derived measurements of salinity, temperature, chlorophyll, nitrate + nitrite (NO₃⁻ + NO₂⁻), and nitrite (NO₂⁻). In addition, meteorological data—including wind speed and direction, rainfall, and solar radiation—are included.
