vascularized cerebral organoids exposed to hypoxia

This dataset includes RNA sequencing data from human vascularized cerebral organoids and human cerebral organoids exposed to hypoxic conditions. The samples consist of two tissue types: neural and vascular tissue, both isolated from the organoids after 48 h 0.6%O2 treatment. The RNA-seq data were generated using the Illumina platform to explore changes in gene expression associated with hypoxia-induced responses in the organoid's neuronal and endothelial components. This dataset provides insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying neurovascular interactions under hypoxic stress.
