该数据级主要面向人字齿磨齿精加工后的齿面精度及轮廓尺寸检查，轮齿精度采用磨齿机随机检验仪或齿轮测量中心、三坐标测量机等专用量仪进行测量，公法线长度采用公法线千分尺、游标卡尺或专用量仪检测，模数及分度圆直径采用间接测量法，最终检查出船舶封闭行星齿轮箱中行星轮、内齿圈的齿面加工精度。

This dataset focuses on the inspection of tooth surface accuracy and profile dimensions of herringbone gears following finish gear grinding. Gear tooth accuracy is measured using specialized metrology instruments such as random inspection devices for gear grinding machines, gear measuring centers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). The common normal length is detected with common normal micrometers, vernier calipers, or other dedicated metrology tools. The gear module and pitch circle diameter are measured via indirect measurement methods. Ultimately, the tooth surface machining accuracy of planetary gears and internal ring gears within marine enclosed planetary gearboxes is verified through this inspection.
