Processed WGS data for: Tumor evolution and immune microenvironment dynamics in primary and relapsed mantle cell lymphoma

This dataset contains somatic mutations identified from whole-genome sequencing of 35 tumor samples obtained from 22 mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) patients at diagnosis, and/or untreated, and/or relapse stages. These data were generated and analyzed as part of our published study. Detailed information on sample characteristics, clinical context, and the variant calling pipeline can be found in the associated manuscript.
