We use ChIP-seq to understand the genomic binding sites of SATB2 in colonic epithelium and to study the shifting of CDX2 and HNF4A's genomic binding sites after SATB2 loss in colonic epithelium. Overall design: Intestine epithelium isolated from adult mice. Genotypes include Vil-CreER;SATB2F/F (SATB2KO), Satb2f/f (Wild Type) mice, Vil-CreER;CDX2F/F (CDX2KO) and Vil-CreER;HNF4AF/F (HNF4AKO)
