Mitochondrial genomes of 19 psyllid species. Cardiaspina

Genome sequencing was performed on 30 libraries: 18 pooled samples from 17 species, and 12 individuals from 4 species of psyllids. Mitochondrial genomes were assembled from Illumina paired-end reads for each of the libraries. This project was a phylogenetic study using whole mitochondrial genomes to clarify the family and genus level taxonomy of Psylloidea. This study included species from six of the eight Psylloidea families, and include the genera Cardiaspina, Glycaspis, Eucalyptolyma, Trioza, Schedotrioza, Protyora, Mycopsylla, Diaphorina, Cacopsylla and Cornopsylla.
