Gene targeted suquencing in GSN, CST3, TTR and ITM2B genes in Chinese patients with Alzherimer's disease and cognitive normal controls. The data showed the sequencing data of five patients with GSN mutations. The whole data was published in Mendeley database, the link is https://data.mendeley.com/datasets/phtt543c63/1. The patients' Sample_name were named as numbers or with "D" letter or with "M" letter, and the controls' Sample_name were named with "C" or "L" letter.
