Questionnaire on Residents' Attitudes Towards Technology Ethics and the Measurement of AI Ethical Awareness

This is a survey questionnaire on residents' attitudes towards technology ethics and the measurement of artificial intelligence ethics awareness. The questionnaire collected data from 713 community residents, with ages ranging from under 20 to over 60 (including 373 males and 340 females). The main age group is 20 - 40 years old, with a total of 339 people, accounting for 47.55%. The age groups of 40 - 60 and over 60 account for 23.56% and 20.76% respectively.
