资源简介:

Abstract—Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) is a standardized QR code developed by Bank Indonesia to support fast, simple, secure, and integrated cashless payments. This study examines the adoption of QRIS for digital donations in religious institutions in West Jakarta using the Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory. Data from 400 respondents showed 86.5% adoption, with SEM-PLS analysis revealing that Observability, Compatibility, Complexity, and Trialability significantly influence adoption, while Relative Advantage does not. These findings suggest that institutions should focus on showcasing successful implementations, aligning QRIS with religious values, and reducing complexity through training and trials to encourage broader adoption. This study extends the application of DOI theory into the religious context, providing a framework for implementing digital payment systems in other socio-religious environments.
