Gross primary productivity and tree growth decoupling in Mediterranean forests

This repository contains input, output data of the 3D-CMCC-FEM model (https://github.com/Forest-Modelling-Lab/3D-CMCC-FEM/tree/v.5.6),scripts, figures and table, related to the manuscript entitled "Decadal Climate-driven decoupling between Gross Primary Productivity and tree growth in Mediterranean forests" by Dalmonech Daniela, Vangi Elia, Quesada-Chacón Dánnell and Collalti Alessio (under submission). All data (postprocessed) cover to the Basilicata Region in Southern Italy and refer to modelled and Remote-sensing based data. All postprocessed and modelled data have been produced within the Project Title “National Biodiversity Future Centre – NBFC" (2022-2025)
