Recovering Species and Spaces / South Australian Murray-Darling Basin / Threatened Species Recovery Actions

This project will monitor nationally threatened species, in partnership with agency staff, and implement priority actions from recovery plans for SA Murray Darling Basin threatened species across the region. The project will also incorporate community events and field days to promote threatened species and to engage the wider public in valuing and being further education in threatened species management. The threatened species focussed on in this project will include birds, reptiles, fish, frogs and flora and have a wide variety of management needs that will enable participants to develop a broad range of skills and experiences in conservation management. The participants will work closely with universities and environmental community groups.
