This project is for the genomes of third-generation cephalosporin- and carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacterial isolates collected through the Japan Antimicrobial Resistant Bacterial Surveillance (JARBS). The targets include Enterobacterales, such as Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Acinetobacter spp..
