This dataset provides nucleotide-level mutations in the IFN-antagonistic regions of SARS-CoV-2 proteins ORF6, ORF8, and N, extracted from 9,356,279 genomes. The data includes: ORF6 (27201–27387): C-terminal tail mutations affecting STAT1/STAT2 nuclear translocation. ORF8 (27893–28259): Ig-like domain mutations linked to MHC-I downregulation. N (28273–29533): SR region and dimer interface mutations disrupting RIG-I/MDA5 signaling. Files are sre compressed CSVs (.zst) for each gene, with columns: seq_id, mutations, mutation_count, impact.
