For the government service case handling result publicity work in Dongguan, this dataset collects the unique case handling number assigned by the system, handling time and handling outcome obtained during the case processing procedure. The data has been cleaned and standardized in accordance with the "Specification for Data Collection of Government Service Online Processing Process of Guangdong Provincial Government Service Network". If detailed data of such case handling records is required, the version linked by each relevant unit shall prevail.
