HOCl Responsive Butyrate Complexes for Imaging and Anti-inflammatory Therapy in Osteoarthritis (PRJCA016318)

With the development of metabolomics technology, more and more cell metabolites have been identified and shown to influence the extent of inflammation and the pathological progression of osteoarthritis. The HOCl-responsive DHU-BA molecules were rapidly reacted to HOCl to release functional butyric acids and HOCl probe-MB. We evaluated its anti-inflammatory effects on ACLT induced OA-experimental mouse models and regulatory effects on macrophage polarization.
