Building Gen Z's Cybersecurity Resilience on Social Media: A Survey Dataset from Indonesia

Summary: This dataset was collected to investigate the factors influencing the cybersecurity resilience of social media users within Generation Z. The study was conducted specifically in Indonesia, exploring the unique digital ecosystem and user behaviors of Indonesian youth. It examines the relationships between technical knowledge, legal frameworks, social culture, platform policies, and technological standards toward cybersecurity practices on social media. Methodology: Data was obtained through an online survey targeting the Gen Z demographic across various regions in Indonesia. X2 (KHP) - Legal Frameworks and Regulations: Perceptions of Indonesian cyber laws and regulations. Y1 (BMS) - Social Media Culture and Society: Awareness of local and global digital threats.
