采用静电纺丝和水热技术,合成制备了高效可见光响应的纤维过滤膜异质结光催化剂,研究光催化材料尺寸、形貌和结构等对光催化性能的影响,通过制备工艺参数和晶体生长调控,提高光生载流子的利用效率,拓宽光催化剂对太阳光的利用范围,研制新型高效流式膜过滤光催化反应器,对印染废水常见污染物有良好氧化降解效果。通过化学反应界面的质量传递过程研究,建立传质扩散与氧化反应耦合动力学模型,确定反应的活化能和指前因子,研究活化能和指前因子的变化规律,溶液化学参数与有机污染物去除率之间的关系。
Electrospinning and hydrothermal techniques were utilized to synthesize and fabricate high-efficiency visible-light-responsive fibrous filter membrane heterojunction photocatalysts. The impacts of the size, morphology and structure of photocatalytic materials on their photocatalytic performance were studied. By regulating preparation process parameters and crystal growth, the utilization efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers was improved, and the solar light utilization range of the photocatalysts was broadened. A novel high-efficiency flow-through membrane filtration photocatalytic reactor was developed, which exhibits excellent oxidative degradation effects on common pollutants in printing and dyeing wastewater. Through research on the mass transfer process at the chemical reaction interface, a coupled kinetic model of mass transfer diffusion and oxidation reaction was established. The activation energy and pre-exponential factor of the reaction were determined, the variation rules of activation energy and pre-exponential factor were investigated, as well as the relationship between solution chemical parameters and the removal rate of organic pollutants.
