MachismoDetect is a dataset about microgender discrimination in Spanish, aiming to help researchers and developers understand and detect these subtle language patterns. The dataset contains 18,000 pairs, each pair includes a discriminatory language and a corresponding inclusive language. The dataset covers 5 countries, 16 subcategories, and has labels of different severity levels, including explicit gender discrimination, microgender discrimination, and benevolent gender discrimination. The purpose of the dataset is to fill the gap of datasets about microgender discrimination in Spanish and provide tools for researchers and developers to detect and prevent these behaviors.
