资源简介:

This is part of a dataset of organ recordings and room acoustic measurements of Sint-Martinus Church, Heers. For an overview of the complete dataset, please refer to MusicSphere: Room and Organ Acoustic Measurements of Sint-Martinus Church Heers. To reproduce the organ sounds consistently, and to ensure perfect knowledge of the exact timing of every note played, an Orgamat was used - a device that is placed on top of the keyboard, can press the keys, and is controlled via MIDI. To facilitate a simple comparison with the room impulse response measurements, individual notes were recorded . The following stops were used: Bourdon 8' Flûte 4' Gambe 8' Mixture Montre 8' Prestant 4' Salicional 8' Trompette 8' bas/sup Violine 4' (Dolce 4') In addition, the following register combinations were used: Montre 8' + Flûte 4' Montre 8' + Mixture In addition, the entire procedure was carried out without an organ stop in order to record only the noise from the orgamat (NoStop.zip). All C notes across the entire manual were played and recorded individually and simultaneously in all combinations. This was done for all stops individually. The notes were held for 4 seconds to give the pipes sufficient time to generate a stable sound, followed by 4 seconds of silence for the reverberation. The same procedure was repeated for all F♯ notes on the manual, as this corresponds roughly to the middle of the octave. The ZIP files contain the recordings of the respective tones, as well as the corresponding MIDI files.Note: In the filenames, the german Fis was used for F♯ to avoid special characters.
