To determine the effects of glucose-like oxidase and GSH-consumed nanoenzymes on regulatory genes and molecular pathways of mouse triple negative breast cancer cells (4T1 cells), we studied the RNA sequences of 4T1 cells treated with medium (control), Cu-TCPP (Fe)-PEG(Cu-TCPP) and Au/Cu-TCPP (Fe)-PEG(Au-TCPP). Overall design: mRNA profiles of 4T1 cells treated by medium, Cu-TCPP and Au-TCPP(24 h) were generated by deeping sequencing, using Illumina HiSeq2000.
