资源简介:
Interventions: Sixty women with epidermal melasma and skin types II-IV will be recruited, according to the Fitzpatrick Scale. To determine the primary outcome will be used: the MASI and an assessment by digital photos. In addition, the MelasQoL-BP and the satisfaction questionnaire regarding hyperpigmentation will be applied. One month after the end of the study, a follow-up will be carried out to assess the participants’ satisfaction. Participants will be divided into four groups: A (microdermabrasion + sunscreen), B (microdermabrasion + vitamin C + sunscreen), C (vitamin C + sunscreen) and D (sunscreen). Participants will receive sunscreens with a protection factor of 30 and participants in groups B and C will receive, in addition to the sunscreen, the topical cream with vitamin C. The procedures will be performed in one session a week, every two weeks, totaling eight sessions .;C17.800.621.430;E04.680.275.250;D02.241.081.844.107 Primary outcome(s): It is expected to find clearing and reduction of melasma within 16 weeks, verified by the MASI Index, which assesses the impairment, color and homogeneity of this dermatological condition. This improvement will be noticed if there is a drop in the values measured in the evaluations carried out before, during and after the intervention.
