We investigated the efficient remediation of arsenic contaminated field using the arsenic hyperaccumulator Pteris vittata. In this project, we analyzed the microbiome profile of the plant rhizosphere to reveal contributing factors to arsenic remediation by Pteris vittata at different arsenic contaminated fields.
