Gene expression in Ramos human B cell line induced by treatment with anti-FCRL1 antibody treatment
收藏资源简介:
B cell receptor CD40 and FCRL1 are highly expressed in Ramos B cell line. Therefore, these receptors are considered to cooperate in B cell activation. In this study, we compared gene expression profiles induced in Ramos cell line by combined treatments of anti-IgM antibody, anti-CD40 antibody, and anti-FCRL1 antibodies. 12 samples were analyzed. Ramos B cells were precultured for 16 hrs. They were subsequently treated in the used medium with anti-BCR (anti-IgM), anti-CD40 (G28-5 MAb) and anti-FCRL1 (E3 MAb) anti-IgM antibodies for 24 hrs. Biological duplicates were prepared for each treatment. Biotin-labeled cRNA was prepared from the total cellular RNA and subjected to hybridization with the HumanHT-12 v3 Expression BeadChip (Illumina). Data were analyzed using BeadStudio.
