Development of novel, non-invasive stem cell imaging technologies

Abstract presentation at annual Tissue Engineering and Cell Society meeting, Cardiff, UK (2013). Presentation of abstract using CARS spectroscopy to non-invasively image murine embryonic stem cells differentating to adipocytes and development of a novel method enabling unbiased label free quantification of different cellular components based on their molecular composition (rather than conventional refraction of light used in light microscopy) and applied to stem cells.
