This dataset contains PTR‐MS measurements of reduced sulfur compound emissions (methanethiol/MeSH, dimethyl sulfide/DMS, and dimethyl disulfide/DMDS) from automated soil–plant chambers over temperate grassland soil cores. The experiment compares Control, Urea, and Urea + urease inhibitor treatments, including solid fertiliser application under varying moisture conditions.
