ATBI Mapping Program MAXENT Environmental Layers

A collection of spatial data layers in .mxe format for use with the maxent statistical modelling software (http://www.cs.princeton.edu/~schapire/ maxent/). The file names include "cat" or "con" to reflect categorical or continuous. The data originated with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and was modified by the National Institute for Mathematics and Biological Synthesis for use with the ATBI Mapping Program at . The source data was valid in 2007 - 2009 and is now obsolete. More recent source data is available from the National Park Service's "Integrated Resource Management Applications" (IRMA) Portal. Relevant links are provided. Metadata for each file will be posted in the fileset.
