Simultaneous quantification of curcuminoids and monoammonium glycyrrhizinate by UV-vis spectrophotomeric method

This dataset contains the experimental data obtained during the validation of a UV–Vis spectrophotometric method for the simultaneous quantification of curcuminoids (CUR) and monoammonium glycyrrhizinate (MAG) in ethanol–water (1:1, v/v) at 252 nm (λmax for MAG) and 430 nm (λmax for CUR). The dataset includes specificity, calibration curves, linearity, precision, accuracy, and limits of detection and quantification, evaluated according to the Analytical Methods Validation guideline of the Colegio Nacional de Químicos Farmacéuticos Biólogos México. MAG and CUR concentrations can be simultaneously calculated using the system of equations based on absorbance additivity described in this dataset. Method accuracy was further evaluated using a series of MAG–CUR mixtures at different concentration ratios.
