资源简介：
CRAMdb is a comprehensive resource of curated and consistently annotated metagenomes for non-human animals. It focuses on composition and role of microbiome in various animal species. We annotated metagenomes from 516 animals from 475 projects (including 16S, 18S, ITS, and metagenomics sequencing data) to construct a comprehensive database that is equipped with 9430 bacteria, 2216 fungi, 278 archaea, and 458 viruses.
