Burkholderia terrae BS001 is a soil bacterium that was isolated from the mycosphere of Laccaria proxima. The aims of this study were to assess the transcriptional response of B. terrae BS001 to Lyophyllum sp. strain Karsten (a close relative of Laccaria proxima) under nutrients-limiting soil mimicking conditons over a temporal regime. B. terrae BS001 was grown alone as a control and together with the fungus on soil extract agar medium.
