Single-nucleus and spatial transcriptomic profiling of human temporal cortex and white matter reveals key associations with AD pathology

This extended data is associated with the single-nucleus transcriptome analysis of both gray and white matter of 40 individuals. The file contains various sheets containing samples/nuclei information of TC region as well as spatial transcriptomics details. Since we also compared TC region with other brain regions, the extended supplemental table contains these details as well.
