Dataset for Decoding Autonomic Nervous System: A Multi-Modal Inquiry into Embodied Change

This dataset accompanies the article Decoding the Autonomic Nervous System: A Multimodal Inquiry into Embodied Change. It contains the Kubios-derived heart rate variability analyses for the six individual cases examined in the study. The dataset includes participant-specific measurements across selected therapeutic time points, including PNS Index, SNS Index, Stress Index, mean heart rate, mean RR interval, RMSSD, SDNN, SD1, SD2, SD2/SD1 ratio, and LF/HF ratio. These physiological data were synchronized with video-based observations of the Somatic Experiencing sessions and used to examine moment-to-moment patterns of autonomic activation, regulation, recovery, and integration.
