The Archive data.zip contains the data underlying Figs 6 and 7 of the manuscript, along with the raw CODEX data used to generate them. The Fig 6 and Fig 7 folders are each organized by panel. Fig 6: Processed TMA datasets and scripts for the analysis and visualization of each panel. Fig 7: Processed FL14 and FL33 datasets and scripts for the analysis and visualization of each panel. The raw CODEX data.zip: contains the original .ome.tiff from the CODEX experiments. Details on the image processing steps (from the raw CODEX .ome.tiff files to the processed .csv files in each folder) can be found in our lab's Github repository.
