A dataset of torovirus sequences for meta-analysis

All genomic sequences analysed in our meta-analysis and phylogenetic research were originally retrieved from the public NCBI GenBank database. This dataset compiles the complete metadata, GenBank accession numbers and corresponding FASTA files of 49 full-length torovirus genomes, 46 N gene sequences and 85 S gene sequences. The sorted accession information is archived in a Word document, and matched nucleotide sequences are provided in FASTA format. All raw source sequences remain permanently deposited at NCBI GenBank with open free access, while the sorted supplementary files in this dataset are released under CC BY 4.0 license without any access embargo or login restriction for global reuse.
