Columbus Land Use Plan

The Columbus Land Use Plan provides land use recommendations for all properties within the City of Columbus and supersedes any affected land use recommendations from previously adopted plans. In the case where the Columbus Land Use Plan does not address a site, land use recommendations from previously adopted area and neighborhood plans still apply until they are ultimately phased out.
