This dataset is generated during the abdominal CT examination, imaging diagnosis and clinical service provision for liver abscess patients at Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. It includes 1000 cases of raw abdominal CT imaging (DICOM) data and their corresponding imaging reports, which were produced during the daily medical operations of the hospital's Department of Radiology between 2015 and 2025. The dataset contains key information such as basic anonymized patient details, examination items and scanned anatomical sites, clinical diagnoses and imaging reports, covering two modalities: medical imaging and textual reports.

This dataset can be applied to the detection, segmentation, quantitative analysis and imaging phenotypic characterization of liver abscess lesions, and supports multiple scenarios such as the construction of medical imaging AI models, multi-device consistency assessment, real-world diagnosis and treatment research, etc. Additionally, it can assist in optimizing hospital imaging workflows, improving the diagnostic efficiency of the radiology department, and providing reliable data support for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and scientific research of liver abscesses.
