A TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A LIQUID COMPLEX FERTILIZER BASED ON MAGNESIUM SULFATE, MONOETHANOLAMMONIUM NITRATE, AND MICRONUTRIENTS

This article presents a technology for producing a highly effective liquid complex fertilizer based on magnesium sulfate, monoethanolammonium nitrate, and microelements. The main stages of the technological process and the optimal temperature and time parameters have been determined, and a pilot batch of 200 kg has been produced. The physicochemical properties of the final product were analyzed, including its density and the content of total nitrogen, potassium oxide, sulfur, and microelements.The agrochemical effectiveness of the developed fertilizer was tested on crops such as cotton, wheat, and tomatoes, which resulted in an established increase in their growth, development, and yield. Material balance and economic calculations have shown the feasibility of implementing this technology on an industrial scale.
