Kidney transcriptome of Micropterus salmoides under salinity stress

In this study, transcriptome analysis was performed on the kidneys of Micropterus salmoides cultured at 0, 5, and 10 salinity for 24 and 48 days. The outcomes of this investigation could offer significant perspectives on the selection of suitable salinities for aquaculture in the saline-alkaline zone and on the selection and breeding of salt-tolerant strains of Micropterus salmoides.
