Pharmacogenomic and in silico identification of isoform-selective AKT inhibitors from Pithecellobium dulce for precision cancer therapy

This dataset contains processed computational outputs supporting the study “Isoform-selective targeting of AKT1 and AKT2 using Pithecellobium dulce phytochemicals.” The files include molecular docking results, molecular dynamics simulation outputs, generated during in silico analysis. All cancer genomics and survival data used in the study were obtained from publicly available TCGA-derived platforms (GEPIA2, TNMplot, cBioPortal, and Kaplan–Meier Plotter) and are therefore images are deposited here.
