Breeding for Longevity in Dairy Cattle

The dataset consists of programming code developed for the thesis. Three of the files (const.R, change.R, rr.R) were developed in an R-software. However, running each file in a usual laptop or desktop is impossible due to large storage and processing capacity and time requirement. We recommend to run these files through linking mostly with sciansc-15 and also in AGBU Suffolk server machines. Use applications putty and WinSCP to connect these files with both servers. In both servers, using scripts from the files, raw data and outputs are automatically generated at the same time for our intended study. The file tbv.R was prepared to collect outputs from the above three file for bias and accuracy of true and estimated breeding value. The last .as files are scripts to analyse data using logistic regression and some prediction in an ASReml4 software using sciansc-15/AGBU server.
