To explore the mechanisms of EGFR/HER2 activation by BET inhibition, we analyzed the mRNA changes in response to BET inhibition. Transcriptomic responses were profiled with BETi (JQ1) treatment in HCC1954, BT474 and SKOV3 cells using mRNA sequencing.
