资源简介:
A genetic mouse model of HCC was generated through the injection of proto-oncogene-coding plasmids, then given a 5 week treatment of either ESR1 agonist or antagonist. Overall design: HCC was generated through hydrodynamic tail vein injection of proto-oncogene-coding plasmids in 8-10-week-old Male and Female FVB/N mice; 2 weeks post-injection mice where given a 5-week treatment of the following: 1) ESR1 agonist Propyl pyrazole triol (PTT) subcutaneously at 1mg/kg (Sigma-Aldrich H6036) N=6; 2) ESR1 antagonist methyl-piperidino-pyrazole (MPP) given subcutaneously at 200ug/kg
