PyGtide Diagnostics for Global M2 Tide Simulations

This Zenodo record provides processed, open-source diagnostic data derived from PyGtide, a newly developed Python-based global non-assimilative barotropic tide model. The archive includes two NetCDF files. The first file, PyGtide_global_vec_error.nc, contains global vector tidal error fields for seven experimental configurations (RB_6, RB_12, RB_30, RB_60, RR_30, GB_30, and GR_30). The second file, PyGtide_RB60_dissipation.nc, provides global dissipation fields for the RB_60 experiment, including bottom-friction dissipation, internal-tide wave-drag dissipation, viscous dissipation, and total dissipation.
