The filamentous fungus Trichoderma reesei can secret various enzymes for efficient saccharification of polysaccharides. Deletion or overexpression of transcription factors TR_60282 and XYR1 could change the production of extracellular enzymes. Here, the transcriptomes of these engineered strains were compared with that of wild type in the medium without carbon source or with inducing carbon source.
