Amphiura filiformis raw reads 27hr post fertilization, treated with SU5402

Next to sea urchins (echinoderms), brittle stars (ophiuroids) are the only other animals that develop a larval skeleton. However, in comparison to the well-studied sea urchin, brittle stars have not been investigated in such detail and lack a detailed description of their developmental mode on an mRNA expression level. We, therefore, sequenced 4 time points of development that correspond to 4 distinct stages in order to obtain an "omic" characterisation of development for the species Amphiura filiformis. This sample particularly is part of a series including 4 time-points, but additionally, it is also part of an experiment where the fgf/vegf pathway was disrupted using the SU5402 fgf/vegf inhibitor.
