植物种质资源知识库围绕国家战略需求持续开展重要植物种质资源的信息整合与共享，这些信息和数据可用于科学研究、学术交流或公众科普。本库拟建成包含10万份重要植物种质的数据库，可共享信息包括物种性状描述、种子分布、保藏情况、种子萌发和DNA条形码信息等。

The Plant Germplasm Resource Knowledge Base continuously conducts information integration and sharing of important plant germplasm resources in response to national strategic demands. Such information and data can be utilized for scientific research, academic exchanges, and public science popularization. The knowledge base is planned to be built into a database containing 100,000 accessions of important plant germplasm, and the shareable information includes species trait descriptions, seed distribution, conservation status, seed germination, DNA barcode information, etc.
